We're looking for a passionate, technology-friendly, and growth-oriented Assistant Music Teacher who is eager to inspire learners and contribute to an innovative educational workplace.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior mentors during one-to-one and group learning sessions.
- Support students through personalized guidance, demonstrations, and constructive feedback.
- Help prepare lesson plans, teaching resources, assignments, and learning materials.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to individualized learning experiences.
- Assist with workshops, performances, recordings, and educational projects.
- Embrace modern technology, AI tools, and digital workflows to enhance teaching and student engagement.





✅ Qualifications

• Mastery of at least one musical instrument .

• Working knowledge of at least two musical instruments .

- Strong understanding of music theory and practical musicianship.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali .

- Comfortable using computers, digital teaching platforms, productivity software, and AI-powered tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different age groups, personalities, and learning styles.
- A positive attitude, growth mindset, and genuine passion for music education.
- Formal music qualifications or teaching experience are preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
