2. Guide the team members with your knowledge and experience in WB-PSAs
3. Lead the toller activities in WB PSA manufacturing.
4. Lead the end-to-end activities in WB-PSA development starting from raw material to finish good.
5. Lead the current WB-PSA development activities and initiatives by closely working with reporting manager.
Preferred candidate Skill
1. Experience in polymer synthesis using Emulsion polymerization technology.
2. Experience in acrylic emulsion polymer synthesis.
3. Hands-on experience in laboratory instruments for testing and analysis of WB-PSA products.

Excellent knowledge of emulsion polymer manufacturing process.
5. Thorough knowledge of structure-property relationship of acrylic polymers and capability to apply the same for interpretation of PSA properties.
6. Awareness of ISO/ASTM standards for PSA testing.
7. Good knowledge of PSA coating technology.
8. Excellent technical writing, communication and presentation skills.
9. Excellent interpersonal skill to work and connect with multidisciplinary team including marketing, procurement, production, quality control and toller.
