This full time, on-site role is based in Kochi and involves supervising team activities, monitoring service quality, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

The role includes assisting in student counselling workflows, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with partner institutions, and supporting the planning and execution of outreach and marketing initiatives.

The Assistant

Manager will handle escalations, help streamline procedures, prepare regular reports for management, and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. The position also requires proactive problem-solving, participation in meetings, and adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to oversee daily operations and multiple student cases.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, families, team members, and partner institutions.
- Proven abilities in leadership, team support, and basic people management, including guiding staff and resolving issues.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and improve processes and service quality.
- Comfort with digital tools and office software (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation tools) for documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge or strong interest in higher education and study-abroad processes; experience in educational consulting or counselling is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, management, or social sciences is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, maintain professional ethics, and deliver impartial, student-centered guidance.**
