Supply Chain Executive / Assistant Manager - SCM

Onsite 6 days in a week, Sunday weekly off

Role Reporting

Direct Reporting in Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Job Purpose To support the overall supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring productive inventory flow, timely order fulfilment, and adherence to company policies and statutory compliances. The role requires commitment to careful, competent, and faithful discharge of duties commensurate with the position.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Distribution Management:

· Coordinate with appointed vendors/courier partners for dispatch and distribution activities across India forward and reverse shipment.

· Oversee processes related to logistics, transport, and warehousing.

· Manage last mile order processing and dispatch management.

· Develop and implement cost-effective transportation and logistics solutions.

· Order & Repair TAT management for both products and equipment’s.

· Close coordination with manufacturing partners to manage orders and deliveries.

Warehouse & Inventory Operations:

· Supervise daily activities related to the receiving, dispensing, issuance,



and overall management of stock inventory.

· Manage and maintain stock records, ensuring the monitoring of stock movement.

· Define inventory levels and creating MOQ for HO inventory

· Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per various internal and external audit requirements.

· Manage order processing system linked with ERP system.

· Inventory reconciliation and reporting for inventory at HO and point of sales across India.

Compliance and Coordination:

· Liaise with external and statutory auditors during audits to highlight shortcomings in internal control systems/procedures

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in operations or supply chain management.

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (10 2 3 or equivalent) in any discipline

Technical Proficiency:

- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficiency in Tally 6.3 and MS Office.
- MS Excel skills should be excellent

- Good analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to work diligently and faithfully, reflecting the highest standards of propriety and integrity in all dealings.
- Strong aptitude for inventory management and logistics principles
