Role Description The Sales Executive (Sales Centre) is a full-time, on-site role based at The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas in Rishikesh. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to email and online inquiries, and converting leads into room and event bookings.

The Sales

Executive supports the sales pipeline by preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records in the sales systems, and coordinating with reservations and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Daily activities include SFA, updating sales reports, following up on prospects, supporting promotional campaigns,



and providing timely, professional communication to individual and group clients. The role also involves building long-term relationships with travel partners, corporate and social clients, while upholding brand standards and contributing to revenue goals.

Qualifications

Strong sales and customer service abilities, including lead conversion, upselling, and relationship management.

Proficiency with SFA, basic data entry, and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.

Previous experience in hotel sales, front office, or reservations in the hospitality industry preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Rishikesh, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Skilled demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest service.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
