Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager Interior to manage interior fit-out projects from planning to execution. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, project coordination, client handling, and vendor management within the interior industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Handle complete interior project lifecycle from planning to final handover
- Supervise site execution, quality control, and vendor coordination
- Monitor project timelines, procurement, BOQs, and budgeting
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams
- Ensure timely completion of projects with high-quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews

Client Coordination & Business Support:

- Understand client requirements and project scope
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations,



and project reports
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication
- Support business development and lead coordination activities
- Assist in branding and promotional initiatives

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior project execution/project management
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, BOQ, and site coordination
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project coordination
