Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to manage and grow passive component product lines. The role focuses on driving revenue, strengthening supplier relationships, and supporting sales teams to expand market presence across key segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive business for passive component product lines (resistors, capacitors, inductors, connectors, electromechanical components)

- Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets

- Collaborate with suppliers/principals for product positioning, pricing, and promotions

- Work closely with sales teams for customer engagement, demand generation, and closures

- Identify and develop current customers and business opportunities across segments

- Handle RFQs, pricing, negotiations, and commercial discussions

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights





- Support design-in and demand creation activities with customers and FAE teams

- Manage forecasting, inventory planning, and ensure healthy stock rotation

Key Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred)

- 5–10 years of experience in passive components / electronic components distribution

- Strong understanding of passive components and their applications

- Experience in product marketing, line management, or business development

- Knowledge of distribution/channel sales models

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with global passive component manufacturers

- Exposure to industrial, automotive, telecom, or consumer electronics segments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
