Job Role Summary Description :

Drive client operations, planning, ground execution at Pune. Manage fleet allocation, vendor billing, team alignment. Resolve escalations rapid, maintain clean MIS reports.

What You Will Do

- Client Ownership: Single point contact client operations. Manage daily requests, feedback, escalations fast.
- Resource & Fleet Allocation: Plan routes, assign vehicles, optimize resource use daily.
- Team Coordination: Bridge Ground, Planning, Operations teams. Keep all units aligned.
- Performance & Vendor Billing:



Track daily KPIs, audit vendor bills, maintain accurate MIS reports.
- Escalation Management: Resolve critical client, field issues fast. Minimize downtime.

What We Need
- 2–4 years experience logistics, fleet management, ops coordination.
- Any bachelor degree.
- Strong skills Excel, MIS reporting, route planning.
- Good local geography knowledge Pune.
- Strong communication, quick problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
