Role & responsibilities

1. Strategy &
- Planning

- Conduct market research to understand community trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Government &

- Enterprise Marketing

- Design and execute marketing campaigns, tenders, and partnership projects for enterprise and government sectors.

- Continuously explore growth opportunities in B2G and B2B markets.

- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, enterprise clients, and institutional partners.

3. Community &

- Segment Marketing

- Plan and implement marketing activities for specific communities (e.g., photography clubs, sports groups, cultural associations, business communities.)

4. Campus &

- Youth Marketing

- Execute youth-focused campaigns to improve brand awareness and preference among Gen Z.

- Track youth market trends and provide insights for product positioning.

5. Measurement &

- Reporting

- Track KPIs such as event participation, sales conversion, lead generation, brand sentiment, and ROI of campaigns.

- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales, Retail, Vivo brand retail store, Product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business objectives.

7. Projects /Assignments

- Any kind of short term/ long term projects to be planned and implemented oneself or as instructed by Delhi HQ or Higher management.

8. Team Management

- Hiring quality manpower in the system for higher productivity.

- Manage the handling and assigning of daily tasks within the company

- OKRS &
- KPI management for self & team.

- Hold regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations throughout a project

Required Skills

- Ability to handle multi-segment marketing (enterprise + community + campus).

- Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
