Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager – Human Resources
University: UDIT – University of Design, Innovation and Technology
Location: Gurugram, Sector 68, Haryana
Working Conditions: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM (2 Saturdays Off)
Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Experience in payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of labour laws, HRMS, MS Office, and Advanced MIS reporting.

This is an individual contributor role requiring independent ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate calling, offer management, and onboarding.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
- Manage hiring across all levels, from junior-level positions to senior leadership and managerial roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding of new hires.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and exit documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, and salary revisions while resolving payroll-related queries.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and support conflict resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, induction programs, and HR communication activities.
- Support performance management, confirmation, promotions, transfers, and separation processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and labour laws.
- Maintain HR dashboards, recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and employee databases.
- Continuously improve HR processes and deliver a positive employee experience.
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications.
