Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - API Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) portfolio, identifying potential clients, and driving business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote API products and expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting API sales.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare detailed business proposals, marketing materials, and sales presentations.




- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements while marketing APIs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and regulatory affairs.
- Drive sales growth and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field (MBA preferred).

7-10 years of experience in API sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of global pharmaceutical markets, especially in regulated and semi-regulated regions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Experience in international business development.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel as required.
