The Role

Are you a Chartered Accountant looking for a role where you'll do far more than month-end reporting? We're looking for a full-stack finance professional who wants to build expertise across Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Compliance, Audit, Internal Controls, MIS, and Business Finance — all while working directly with the Head of Finance.

What You'll Own

- End-to-end month-end and quarter-end financial closing
- Financial statements, consolidation, and Ind AS reporting
- Direct & indirect taxation (TDS, GST, Income Tax)
- Statutory, secretarial, and regulatory compliance
- Statutory audits, internal controls, and process improvements
- MIS, budgeting, cash flow planning, and business finance
- Fundraise due diligence and investor reporting

What We're Looking For

Must Have

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher to 2 years PQE
- Strong understanding of Accounting,



Ind AS, GST, Direct Tax, and Companies Act
- Articleship/work experience in Audit, Tax, or Finance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining professional judgment

Good to Have
- Startup or multi-entity business exposure
- Experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP
- Familiarity with dashboards, automation, or data analytics
