We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our Product Marketing team for Active Components. The role involves managing product lines, driving revenue growth, and working closely with suppliers, sales teams, and customers to build strong market presence and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned active component product lines (e.g., ICs, microcontrollers, analog, power, embedded solutions)
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive revenue and market share
- Work closely with principals/suppliers for product positioning, pricing, and demand generation
- Support the sales team with technical-commercial inputs, customer visits, and opportunity closures
- Identify and develop current business opportunities and key accounts
- Handle RFQs, pricing strategies, and negotiations with customers and suppliers
- Track market trends, competitor activities,
and provide actionable insights
- Drive design-in and demand creation activities in collaboration with FAE and sales teams
- Manage forecasting, inventory planning, and ensure optimal stock levels
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus)
- 5–10 years of experience in semiconductor / electronic components distribution
- Strong understanding of active components and their applications
- Experience in product marketing, business development, or line management
- Good knowledge of channel sales and distribution business models
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
