Job DescriptionHiring for- Leading Group in Automotive Gears & transmission Manufacturing

NRole - Work on revenue growth, identifies new market segments, and builds key client relationships. Lead generation, cross-functional coordination, and market analysis in Automotive Parts like Gears, Axle, Transmission, Forging parts, Machined Parts, Bearings Market.

NKey Responsibilities-

n Business Development: Find new customers, applications, and industrial segments for gear and mechanical products.

NClient Management: Build relationships with Original Equipment, Manufacturers (OEMs) and key industrial accounts.

N Sales Strategy: Meet assigned revenue goals, handle client price negotiations, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.

NKey Account Management: Manage Key Account business.

N* Team Coordination: Work with the production, quality,



and design teams to align customer technical needs with manufacturing capability.

NCandidate- Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering / MBA in Marketing. Or

NDiploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of OEM sales, B2B sales or business development background to OEM's.

N(At least 3-5 years in Automotive Parts Business like Engines, Gears, Axle, Transmission, Forging, Machined Parts, Bearings etc)

NCore Competencies: Solid negotiation, technical comprehension and data tracking via CRM or ERP tools.
