Location: Noida, India Description Role Overview The Assistant Finance Controller will support the Controllership function across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and compliance with statutory and internal requirements. The role involves close coordination with regional finance teams, auditors, and key stakeholders to drive efficiency, standardization, and control excellence.
Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1.
Financial
Control & Compliance Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal financial policies across multiple jurisdictions
Support month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
Perform detailed review and sanity checks of Profit & Loss statements, including variance analysis
Conduct comprehensive balance sheet reviews, including reconciliations, aging analysis, and resolution of open items
Monitor timely completion of statutory compliances such as GST/VAT, TDS, audits, and regulatory filings
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit processes 2.
Regional Finance Team Management
Supervise and guide regional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Drive standardization and harmonization of financial processes across regions
Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to enhance team capabilities and performance 3. Month-End Close & Reporting Support and ensure timely completion of monthly and annual financial close cycles
Review financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis for accuracy and completeness
Assist in preparation of MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial presentations 4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management Monitor cash flow, liquidity position, and fund utilization across entities
Coordinate with banks for day-to-day treasury operations
Support working capital optimization, including receivables, payables, and inventory management 5.

Improvement & Systems Identify control gaps and implement robust financial controls and best practices
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
