Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Facility Manager to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential/commercial properties. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring that all building systems, vendor services, and facility operations run efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Facility Manager in managing daily facility operations across residential and commercial properties.

- Monitor housekeeping, security, horticulture, pest control, and other soft services.

- Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, fire safety, and other engineering services.

- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Manage and monitor vendor performance, service quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.





- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, and building infrastructure.

- Handle resident/tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities, asset registers, AMC contracts, and statutory compliance documents.

- Support budget monitoring, expense tracking, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and submit them to management.

- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external agencies for smooth facility operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
