About the Role

Fieldmaster Engineering Co. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Assistant to Manager to support our Manager and Senior Engineers in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in industrial projects, operations, and business management.

The selected candidate will undergo a 2-month training period, during which they will work directly under the guidance of our Manager and Senior Engineers to gain practical exposure to all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Manager and Senior Engineers with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Follow instructions and execute assigned responsibilities efficiently.
- Coordinate dispatch of pumps, motors, and related materials.
- Assist in preparing invoices, billing, delivery documents, and other official paperwork.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, and service teams.
- Visit project sites for inspections, deliveries, commissioning support, and customer coordination.
- Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Maintain project files, reports, and office records.
- Track order status, dispatch schedules, and customer follow-ups.
- Support tender documentation, quotations, and office operations as required.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Manager or Senior Engineers.

Training Period
- Duration: 2 Months
- Hands-on training under experienced Managers and Senior Engineers.
- Practical exposure to industrial pumping systems, project execution, dispatch, billing,



customer coordination, and site operations.
- Performance during the training period will be evaluated for confirmation into the permanent role.

Desired Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
- Ability to travel for site visits when required.

Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in administration, operations, project coordination, or industrial businesses will have an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
