KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and patient acquisition targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance companiPs, TPAs, referral doctors, and community partners.

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships for hospital growth.

- Organize and coordinate corporate wellness programs, health talks, medical camps, and CME activities.

- Contribute to digital, print, and offline marketing campaigns to enhance hospital visibility.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management for strategy improvement.

- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and performance dashboards on sales and marketing activities.

- Coordinate with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth execution of patient-related services.





- Assist in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective promotional initiatives.

- Guide and mentor junior team members/executives in daily activities.

- Record all patient referrals received from external doctors, hospitals, or outreach OPDs.

- Update referral details in the CRM system with source, patient info, and outcome.

- Follow up with referred patients and coordinate with OPD/inpatient teams.

- Share referral conversion reports and insights with Director Administration.

Maintain robust relationships with referrers through regular communication and updates. Role & responsibilities
