- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales and after-sales journey.

- Conduct regular follow-up calls for vehicle delivery, service reminders, and customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant departments

- Plan and execute customer engagement activities, loyalty programs, and retention campaigns.

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Insurance, and Accounts departments to provide seamless customer support.

- Monitor pending customer cases and ensure timely closure.

- Support customer communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
