Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for Warehouse Maintenance in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve companys' goal at the Devanahalli, Bangalore Location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintenance and reliability of warehouse automation systems and material handling equipment, including ASRS, AGVs, AMRs, RGVs, conveyors, cranes, hoists, lifts, forklifts, pallet trucks, and stackers.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.




- Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, WMS, WCS, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce recurring failures.
- Utilize vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and IoT-based monitoring for predictive maintenance.
- Coordinate with OEMs for equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, and technical support.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.
- Work with SAP/ERP/MES for maintenance planning, tracking, reporting, and equipment performance analysis.
- Experience in maintenance of raw material and finished goods automated warehouses, including Li-Ion battery handling systems, is preferred.

Eligibility: Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory).

Experience: 4-14 years of relevant experience.
