We are looking for a seasoned skilled with strong leadership experience in Investment Banking Operations to lead a large Corporate Actions team.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the Investment Banking domain, specifically within Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions
- Deep expertise in
- Mandatory Corporate Actions
- Dividends
- Income Processing
- Experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions is an added advantage
- Proven experience managing large teams (3060 members)
- Strong stakeholder management and risk management capabilities
- Experience in process migrations (US to India, or Client to Vendor) is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in transformation, process improvement, and process reengineering
- Willingness to work in night shift (US hours)
