Role Description This full time on-site Assembly Technician role is based in Bengaluru.

The Assembly

Technician will perform mechanical assembly of components and products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include using hand tools and power tools to assemble parts, performing soldering as needed, and conducting visual and functional checks to ensure product quality.



The role involves collaborating with engineering and production teams, reporting any defects or process issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The technician will also assist with basic troubleshooting, documentation of assembly activities, and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Practical skills with hand tools and power tools for precise and safe assembly operations.
- Experience in mechanical assembly, including working with mechanical components and following technical drawings or assembly instructions.
- Proficiency in soldering techniques for electronic or electromechanical assemblies, with attention to safety and workmanship standards.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, including inspection, testing, and documentation to ensure products meet specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing or workshop environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing production requirements.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or electronics disciplines is preferred; prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is an advantage.
