Role Description As an Artificial Intelligence Intern at aim performance™, you will support the design, development, and evaluation of AI agents and microservices that power the performance management platform. You will assist in data collection and preprocessing, build and test machine learning models, and help integrate them into production workflows under the guidance of senior team members. Your day-to-day work will include writing and reviewing code, performing experiments, analyzing model performance,



and documenting findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You may also collaborate on proof-of-concept projects, contribute to internal tools, and explore new AI techniques relevant to agentic architectures. This is an internship role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration at DHI Innovations Park with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.

Applied skills in Data Science and Machine Learning, such as model development, evaluation, and basic MLOps practices.

Proficiency in Programming (e.g., Python, Java, or similar languages) and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and tools.

Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and propose evidence-based solutions.

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment, with attention to detail and clear documentation.

Interest in agentic AI, performance management systems, and integrating AI solutions into enterprise-scale platforms.

Valuable communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid teams across functions.
