We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot technologies.
You'll work on intelligent copilots, enterprise chatbots, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure AI, and modern AI platforms, helping transform business processes through cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.

What You'll Do
Conversational AI Development
- Design and develop enterprise chatbot and Copilot solutions.
- Build conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design scalable conversational flows.
- Improve chatbot quality through Prompt Engineering.
AI & Knowledge Solutions
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Build enterprise knowledge solutions.
- Optimize AI response accuracy and reliability.
- Improve AI performance using analytics and user feedback.
Enterprise Integration
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs and enterprise platforms.
- Build workflow automation solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business teams.
- Ensure enterprise-grade scalability and security.
Engineering Excellence
- Perform testing and quality assurance.
- Support AI governance and Responsible AI practices.
- Contribute to AI platform improvements.
- Share technical knowledge across engineering teams.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
✔ Around 10 years of technology or software engineering experience.
✔ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar chatbot platforms.
✔ Strong Prompt Engineering experience.
✔ Experience building Conversational AI solutions.
