Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Artificial Intelligence Developer at Krishna Fashion House.

The Artificial Intelligence

Developer will design, build, and deploy AI models to support retail operations, such as product recommendation, demand forecasting, and intelligent search. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining machine learning and deep learning models, implementing pattern recognition and NLP solutions, and integrating neural network-based features into existing software systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, preparing datasets, evaluating model performance, and optimizing algorithms for production use.



The developer will also document technical work, follow best practices for software development, and contribute to continuous improvement of AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and programming in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience building and training machine learning or deep learning models.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text processing, language models, and related libraries or frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and version control tools such as Git.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience applying AI in retail, e-commerce, or recommendation systems is a plus, as is knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
