We are looking for an experienced AI / AI Agentic Developer (3 to 10 years experience) to architect, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI applications, Multi-Agent systems, and Autonomous Agentic Workflows. In this role, you will lead the integration of cutting-edge LLM frameworks, RAG pipelines, and Industrial AI solutions into enterprise platforms, MES/ERP environments, and Smart Factory architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Agentic Workflows &
- Multi-Agent Design:

Build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain.

- Generative AI &

- LLMs:

Design, fine-tune, and deploy solutions leveraging leading LLMs (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude) and open-source models (Llama, Mistral).

- RAG &

- Knowledge Architectures:

Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases like Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, and Weaviate.

- Backend &

- API Architecture:

Build scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous pipelines using Python, FastAPI,



Flask, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Industrial AI &

- IoT Integration:

Connect AI agentic solutions to enterprise platforms (MES, ERP, SCADA, Industrial IoT, OPC-UA) for predictive maintenance and quality analytics.

- Production &

- MLOps:

Deploy models to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security, scalability, and high performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3 to 10 years in AI Software Development with robust focus on GenAI and AI Agents.

- Core Tech Stack: Python, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, OpenAI/Gemini APIs, RAG, Vector DBs, FastAPI, Docker, AWS/Azure, MLOps.

- Domain Exposure (Plus): Industrial AI, Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO), or IoT systems.

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA in CS, IT, AI, Data Science, or related disciplines.
