Articulate Storyline Developer –

We are seeking an Articulate Storyline Developer with robust instructional design knowledge to create engaging, interactive, and SCORM/xAPI-compliant e-learning solutions. The ideal candidate will be capable of translating learning requirements into effective digital learning experiences while developing high-quality courses using Articulate Storyline 360.

Key Responsibilities

∙Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.

∙Translate learning requirements, source content, and business objectives into engaging learning experiences.

∙Create and/or review instructional design documents, storyboards, scripts, and learning flow concepts.

∙Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Adult Learning Principles,

and Scenario-Based Learning.

∙Design learner interactions, assessments, branching scenarios, and gamified learning elements.

∙Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and recommend learning strategies.

∙Convert storyboards into interactive modules and integrate multimedia assets.

∙Conduct LMS, SCORM, and xAPI testing to ensure compatibility and quality.

Qualifications

∙Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.

∙2-5+ years of experience developing e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.

∙Portfolio showcasing interactive Storyline projects.

∙Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning experience design.

∙Experience creating storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and course structures.

Preferred Experience

∙LMS deployment and testing.

∙Experience with SCORM Cloud or other SCORM testing platforms.

∙Experience with JavaScript customization in Storyline.

∙Familiarity with AI-assisted e-learning development workflows.

∙Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

∙Experience working directly with SMEs to structure learning content.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
