Design and conduct training and development programs to improve network performance. 2. analyzing training needs.
- Generate sales in new markets and establish current channels.
- Converting urban market leads into sales & increasing count of distributors in network.
- Solving grievances of the network, Managing Processes. Candidate should be comfortable for 7-10 days travelling outside Aizawl.
Langauages: Mizo, English (compulsory) & Hindi.
