– Area Sales Manager for Fashion Jewellery and LIfestyle Accessories brand

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets, improve store productivity, and monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Footfall.
- Lead Multi-Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple stores, ensuring adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and inventory controls.
- Team Leadership & Development: motivate Store Managers and Store Associates to build high-performing teams and improve employee engagement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service, handle escalations, and build a customer-centric culture across all stores.
- Business & Inventory Management: Analyze sales reports,



monitor inventory levels, reduce stock ageing, plan promotions, and implement action plans to improve business performance.

Preferred Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Retail Sales Operations, with at least 2–3 years in a multi-store management role.
- Experience in preferred in FMCG sector or Fashion, Apparel, Jewellery, Lifestyle, Beauty, Footwear, or Consumer Retail preferred.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
