Ambikaa Dairyland and Rich Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive the market expansion of Swizzkiss Ice Creams across Solapur and adjoining territories. You will own the regional P&L;, build and manage a robust distributor network, expand retail penetration in General Trade (GT) and HORECA, and lead a high-performing field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Distributor &
- Retail Network Expansion:

Identify, appoint, and manage distributors across urban and rural Solapur. Expand active retail reach, particularly in high-footfall impulse touchpoints.

- Sales &

- Revenue Generation:

Achieve primary and secondary sales targets. Execute monthly sales plans, beat routes, and promotional schemes to maximize throughput.

- Asset Management: Oversee the deployment and tracking of company-owned deep freezers. Ensure optimal freezer ROI, compliance, and zero competitor placement in Swizzkiss units.

- Team Leadership &

- Execution:

Lead, mentor, and track a team of Sales Officers / Executive Field Staff. Run daily morning huddles, conduct joint field rides, and ensure strict PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) adherence.

- Competitor &

- Market Intelligence:

Track competitor pricing, schemes,



new product launches, and retail shelf share to continuously adapt sales strategies.

- Claim Settlement &

- Inventory:

Oversee timely stock replenishment, minimize transit/storage damage, and ensure swift resolution of distributor claims.

Qualifications &

- Candidate Profile

- Experience: 4 to 7 years in FMCG sales, with a minimum of 2 years managing field sales in Ice Cream, Dairy, Frozen Foods, Beverages, or impulse FMCG categories.

- Geographic Knowledge: Robust local network and deep familiarity with GT and HORECA routes across Solapur district and surrounding markets.

- Skills: Excellent negotiation, distributor management, and numerical ability (analyzing secondary sales data, freezer ROI, and territory performance).

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is preferred).

- Tools: Proficiency in SFA (Sales Force Automation) apps and Excel for daily sales reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
