About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple retail outlets across the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail operations, team management, sales growth, and customer experience. The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving business targets, and maintaining company standards across all assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Monitor store KPIs including sales, conversion, average bill value, footfall, shrinkage, and profitability.
- Recruit, train,



coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all stores.
- Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to minimize stock shortages and overstock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Procurement departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and present business performance updates to senior management.
