UREV is expanding its on-ground operations team in Pune — and we’re looking for an Area Operations Executive.

Job Title: Area Fleet Executive

Location: Fursungi, Pune

Salary: ₹18,000/month

UREV is an EV-as-a-Service platform providing electric fleet and logistics solutions for last-mile and mid-mile delivery to eCommerce and quick commerce partners.

Role Overview

Own end-to-end fleet operations for a designated area, managing a fleet of 12 electric 3-wheelers — vehicle uptime, driver deployment, client servicing, and on-time delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

1)Manage daily operations of 12 electric 3W vehicles in the assigned area.

2)Ensure maximum vehicle uptime through timely charging, maintenance scheduling, and breakdown coordination.

3)Act as the primary point of contact for area clients — resolve issues, handle service requests, ensure satisfaction.

4)Track and report on-time delivery/pickup performance daily.

5)Recruit, onboard, and manage drivers for the area fleet; coordinate replacements for absentees.

6)Monitor driver attendance, conduct, and adherence to SOPs.

7)Maintain accurate logs — vehicle usage, mileage, incidents,



and fuel/charging costs.

8)Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to the Hub Operations Manager.

9)Coordinate with central team on vehicle allocation, area expansion, and escalations.

10)Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with safety, licensing, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

Graduate (any stream); freshers welcome

Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based reporting.

Strong communication skills in Marathi/Hindi; working knowledge of English.

Comfortable with field work and direct coordination with drivers and clients.

Working Hours

6 days/week, field-based role with daily area visits and reporting
