Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in digital sales channels (e.g., online lending platforms).

- Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in managing teams focused on unsecured loans or personal loans.

- Solid understanding of financial markets, products (personal loans), regulations, and compliance requirements.
