4-6 years of hands-on experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler on high-rise residential projects (20+ storeys) with reputed consultants or developers Solid proficiency in Revit Architecture for LOD 300–400 modeling, family creation, and sheet/drawing production Proven experience in multidisciplinary coordination (Architectural vs Structural vs MEP) and resolving clashes through BIM workflows Ability to interpret architectural GFC drawings, tender drawings, and site RFIs and translate them into accurate BIM models Experience in producing coordinated architectural shop drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) from BIM models for execution Good understanding of Indian building codes, local DCR/by-laws, and typical high-rise residential detailing (cores, shafts, balconies, fire escape, parking, podiums) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage model versions, and maintain BIM standards and naming conventions Strong communication skills to coordinate with architects, structural/MEP teams, and site engineers
