Role & responsibilities

- Review and coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
- Prepare, review, and update architectural working drawings and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor architectural works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check the quality and execution of architectural finishes and ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and coordinate for necessary resolutions.
- Assist in resolving technical and design-related issues at site.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, site observations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of architectural works.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on the progress of architectural works.
