: Title Architect Role/: o Develop Master Plan for Industrial sites inclusive of Site analysis, site zoning, accessibility, comply with statutory requirements and safety o Develop Architectural building design concepts for Industrial / steel buildings and office buildings o Knowledge of various architectural materials, finishes etc., o Develop concept / Basic drawings, detailed drawings, statutory approval drawings and construction drawings o Minimum knowledge of projects requirement of other engineering disciplines o Prepare Technical specifications,



Bill of quantities and cost estimate o Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently o Capable to develop multi-disciplinary co-ordination with other disciplines like civil, Structural, Water supply & drainage, Electrical, Mechanical, etc., o Capable to work to complete the tasks on schedule o Exceptional problem solving and sound decision making capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and Valuable interpersonal skills. o Capable to co-ordinate with onsite team in various time zones o Responsible for quality checks, clash checking with various engineering disciplines, quality assurance for review meetings and problem resolutions Skills: o Expertise in AutoCAD o Expertise in Revit Architecture o Expertise in Lumion o Expertise in Sketchup Domain: Architecture Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture Years of Experience: 7 to 9 years Location Chennai
