- Extensive experience in architectural design and feasibility reports.
- In-depth knowledge of Mumbai and Thane DCPR (Development Control and Promotion Regulations) rules.
- Experience with MHADA projects is essential.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust site monitoring skills to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution.
- Prepare detailed feasibility analyses for each project, considering all relevant factors such as cost, time, and regulations.
- Oversee the work of junior architects, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients and consultants to understand their needs and ensure that the project objectives are met.
- Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest Mumbai and Thane DCPR rules and ensure all designs comply with these regulations.
- Use architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp to create detailed designs and plans.
