Roles & Responsibilities

Role

- Define the overall architecture and technical roadmap
- Design scalable, modular, and maintainable mobile application architectures using contemporary Android frameworks and best practices.
- Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
- Lead technical design discussions and conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend architects, DevOps teams, and security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Define integration patterns with REST APIs, GraphQL, cloud platforms, authentication services, and enterprise systems
- Guide CI/CD implementation, automated testing strategies, and release management.
- Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack
- Strong understanding of Android security, encryption, secure storage, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and certificate pinning.

Technical

- Experience building enterprise-scale or consumer applications with millions of users.
- Strong expertise in Kotlin and Java.
- Knowledge of microservices-based backend architectures.




- Experience integrating with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Extensive experience with Android SDK and Jetpack libraries.
- Deep understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVI, and modular architecture principles.
- Modern Android components are built around Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, and Hilt, forming a declarative, reactive, and modular app ecosystem
- Experience with Google application management in Google app store
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and mobile networking.
- Strong understanding of Android security, encryption, secure storage, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and certificate pinning.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Design user-friendly navigation and multi-screen UI state handling .
- Knowledge of View Model and state holders to manage UI state.
- Knowledge of Coroutines and Flow for async calls and reactive work.
- Knowledge on apps are ready for signing, bundle generation, testing tracks, and production rollout. (AppStore)
- Good experience with debugging, profiling, and performance tuning.
