Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Vadodara in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and execution of architectural, interior, and landscape projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concept designs, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting project planning and scheduling. The role involves regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design intent is maintained, and address technical or coordination issues.

The Architect will collaborate closely with the design team, participate in client meetings, and help refine design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concept and detailed drawings.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural design and related systems (structure, MEP, interiors, landscape) to ensure cohesive solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for design and documentation (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret codes, regulations, and standards, and apply them to project designs.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.
- Prior experience in architectural practice, interiors, or landscape projects is preferred but not mandatory for highly capable early-career candidates.
