Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in the Pune District. The Architect will develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and corporate projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, building codes, and Portico’s modular, technology-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with design, engineering, and project management teams, and integrating digital tools and systems into the design process. The role involves reviewing site conditions,



participating in client meetings, overseeing design execution for quality and fidelity, and supporting timely delivery through close collaboration with vendors and contractors. The Architect will contribute to continuous improvement of design standards, documentation practices, and integration between architecture, interiors, and production processes.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience across residential, commercial, or corporate projects.
- Ability to work with Software Development and Integration teams to align architectural outputs with digital workflows and modular production systems.
- Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of design and on-site execution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and comfort with technology-driven processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; skilled licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in modular design, interior architecture, or real estate projects in the Pune region is beneficial.
