1. Looking for an Architect, with around 5 years experience of working in valuable architectural consultancies.
2. Candidate should have experience in designing commercial buildings.
3. Candidate should have a creative bent of mind, ready to explore various possible design options to be able to reach to the best.
4. Candidate should be able to respect the given tasks and timelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Candidate should have the ability to produce Architectural drawings from concept to construction stage.
2. Candidate to have the ability to understand and figure out architectural details independently or under supervision.
3. Candidate to have knowledge of SketchUp to be able to produce 3d blocking of the building being designed. Knowledge of a Rendering software would be a plus.
4. Candidate to be able to co-ordinate with draftsmen and get accurate drawings made by them timely.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
