Responsibilities

- Manage Windows Servers
- System builds and configurations
- Day-to-day management of servers
- Patch management
- AntiMalware management
- System accounts management and terminations process
- Support Active Directory and Group Policy Infrastructure
- Support MFA/SSO
- Support VMware Infrastructure
- Support NetApp Storage Infrastructure
- Manage Microsoft Exchange / Outlook Environment
- Good years of systems administration experience
- Windows Server administration experience
- Microsoft Exchange management experience
- VMWare administration experience
- NetApp storage administration experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Able to work both independently and within a tightly knit team environment
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products
- Server and storage infrastructure management from design through implementation and support
- Support Microsoft Exchange 2010/ 2013
- Environment and Integrations with other
- Applications (e.g., MDM, Mobile Devices,
- Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus)
- Support Windows 2008/2012 setting
- System builds and configurations
- Day-to-day management of servers
- Patch management
- Support Active Directory and Group Policy
- Support VMware infrastructure
- Support Citrix XenDesktop/XenServer infrastructure
- Work to ensure that the Systems and Storage
- Administration group exceeds expectations of our customers SLA.




- Use system monitoring tools to proactively manage the servers and applications.
- Ensure adequate system documentation
- Support the server and application procurement process, including ensuring appropriate equipment inventories and software licenses
- Manage suppliers in the server and application supply chain
- Collaborate effectively with peers in IT and other departments
- 5+ years of systems administration experience
- Windows 2003/2008/2012 systems design, implementation, and administration experience
- VMWare implementation and administration experience
- Microsoft Exchange implementation and administration experience
- SAN administration experience
- Skill sets should include: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Able to work both independently and within a tightly knit team environment
- Ability to adapt, learn, implement, and support new technologies
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products

Skills

- Experience with a rapidly growing company or IT organization
- Knowledge of Unix/LINUX
- Citrix XenApp Experience and/or Microsoft Terminal Services
- WSUS or other patch deployment toolsets
- Linux Experience (Centos, RedHat)
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with SAML/MFA (Okta, Duo)
- Education : Bachelors in Cloud Computing, Bachelors in Computer Science, Bachelors in Information Technology, Bachelors in Network Engineering, Masters in Computer Science
