Backend Architect | Java | Spring Boot | Microservices

We're looking for an experienced Backend Architect to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems for our AI-powered platform.

What You'll Do

- Architect and develop enterprise-scale backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Design scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems.
- Build robust REST APIs and event-driven applications using technologies like Kafka.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
- Work with Redis/Aerospike, SQL & NoSQL databases, and cloud-native technologies.
- Drive architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and establish coding best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Ensure operational excellence through CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and production support.

What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Redis/Aerospike, REST APIs, SQL & NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Solid knowledge of system design, multithreading, concurrency, caching, and performance tuning.
- Currently hands-on with coding and experienced in leading architecture for large-scale backend platforms.
