Responsibilities

- Resolve billing and insurance-related queries.

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.
QualificationsEducation
- Any Graduate OR
- 12th Pass with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience

- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior AR Calling or Medical Billing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
