Role Description The Aptitude Trainer (Vishakhapatnam) will deliver high-quality classroom training focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students preparing for placements in the tech sector.

Responsibilities include planning lessons, creating and updating training materials, conducting interactive sessions, clarifying doubts, and regularly assessing student performance through tests and feedback. The trainer will collaborate with academic coordinators to align training with placement requirements and continuously enhance course content based on industry trends. This is a full-time, in office role based in Vishakhapatnam,



requiring consistent presence at partner colleges or FACE Prep training centers.

Qualifications

- Strong aptitude skills in quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the capacity to break down complex concepts into simple, clear explanations.
- Effective classroom management and training delivery skills, including the ability to engage large student groups and facilitate interactive learning.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) and the ability to present ideas confidently and clearly.
- Comfort with basic technology tools used for teaching, assessments, and content preparation (e.g., presentations, learning platforms, spreadsheets).
- Ability to assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to varied learning styles.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or management is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an aptitude trainer, test-prep instructor, or placement trainer is preferred but not mandatory for highly capable candidates.
- Strong interest in career development, mentoring students, and staying updated with campus hiring and placement trends.
