Forms+Surfaces is looking for Apprentices to join our team! Job Location: Lonikand (Near Wagholi), Pune Company Overview Forms+Surfaces designs and manufactures architectural products used in public spaces around the world. From walls and elevator interiors to site furnishings and lighting, our line invites creativity and provides real-world solutions to the challenges our customers face.

Scope And Responsibilities -

- Responsible for end to end inside sales coordination management
- Profitability Management. Should be able to understand PO terms, Work order, contract agreement, etc
- Co-ordinate among sales team, operations, engineering, accounts, logistics and installation to facilitate orders entry, production & dispatch etc
- Maintaining valuable relationships with customers by working closely with the sales team. Interact with customers on progress of order and resolve complaints
- Work with finance and logistics for payments, letter of credit, ABG/PBG related documentation
- Preparing sales reports and other financial reports as may be required
- Create and maintain database (address, contacts, GST details, etc) of all customers in ERP
- Prepare order related documents like sales order, pro-forma invoices, etc. from the in ERP
- Follow up on account receivables in coordination with sales managers




- Coordinate warranty, rejection, replacement claims
- Coordinate for compliance related documentation

Required Qualification, Skills And Experiences -

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / civil engineering
- Fresher or 6-12 months of work experience as Sales Coordination or Inside Sales or any relevant field
- Managing customer service function or sales coordination function
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and decision-making ability
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to read and understand material specification, drawings & documents, determine scope of work and communicate it to respective teams
- High energy, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, while being assertive in a team environment. Problem solving and ability to close the issues
- This position is a one-year apprenticeship
- Ready to relocate near to factory near Wagholi, Pune
