About This RoleShow DetailsHide Details EazyTaxes Inc is looking for an all-rounder Manager to independently own client engagements end to end, covering US tax, audit, virtual CFO work, and payroll, rather than specializing in a single function. This is a managerial role for someone who can pick up any area of the practice, train themselves into it quickly, and take ownership without needing to be walked through every new task.

The person will directly manage a small team and report to the founder.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and sign off on US individual and business tax returns (Form 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065) and related state filings
- Handle FBAR, Form 8938, Form 1116, FEIE, and PFIC filings for clients with foreign income or assets
- Lead audit and assurance engagements, including workpaper review and going-concern or impairment assessments
- Deliver virtual CFO work for clients, including financial statement preparation, budgeting,



cash flow analysis, and advisory support
- Oversee payroll processing and compliance for US-based clients
- Manage IRS correspondence, notices, and e-file issues, and represent the firm directly with clients
- Review and mentor associates and interns across tax, accounting, and payroll workstreams
- Take on new service areas as the firm grows, learning independently where needed

Requirements

- CA (ICAI) and/or CPA (AICPA); CFA or equivalent a plus
- 4+ years of experience spanning at least two of: US tax, audit, VCFO/advisory, or payroll
- Demonstrated ability to self-train into new technical areas without close supervision
- Comfortable managing a small team and owning client relationships directly
- Solid written English for direct client communication
