We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to support and maintain day-to-day SAP FI operations and automated file exchange interfaces. In this role, you will monitor batch jobs, manage file processing via Control-M, execute SAP FI transactions/reversals, and ensure outbound interface files are generated and delivered accurately to downstream destination systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Monitoring &
- Maintenance:

Perform daily health checks and operational monitoring for SAP FI interface files and automated batch processing workflows.

- Job Scheduling &

- Batch Operations:

Use Control-M to monitor daily scheduled jobs, execute file transfers, rerun failed jobs, and resolve L1/L2 batch process alerts.

- SAP FI Transaction Support: Execute operational tasks, including passing GL postings, handling reversal of entries using standard SAP T-codes, and running data extracts.

- File Uploads &

- Outbound Data Extracts:

Upload daily transaction files into SAP, monitor interface pipelines, and ensure daily generation/distribution of SAP extract files to downstream destination systems.

- Incident Management &

- Troubleshooting:

Log,



investigate, and resolve ticketed incidents related to failed file transfers, incorrect posting inputs, or batch job exceptions within defined SLAs.

- Data Verification: Validate input/output files (CSV, Flat Files, TXT) to ensure correct data structures and alignment across systems.

Technical Skills &

- Qualifications

- Education: Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications (B.Sc / BCA / B.Tech), or Commerce with robust technical systems knowledge.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Application Support or Operations Support environments.

- SAP Knowledge: Practical understanding of the SAP FI module and core T-codes (e.g., FB50, FB08, F-02, SE16/SE16N, F.02, etc.).

- Automation Tools: Working knowledge of Control-M (or equivalent enterprise job schedulers like Autosys/TWS) for batch and file transfer automation.

- Ticketing &
- Process:

Familiarity with Incident Management concepts and ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy).
