We are looking for an experienced Application Developer – Open Source with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Build cloud-native applications using modern microservices architecture.
- Develop clean, reusable, and well-documented Python code.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Pytest.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available backend services.
- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy workloads on Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and product stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure applications comply with security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage source code using Git and participate in Agile development processes.




- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with Python.
- Strong expertise in FastAPI and REST API development.
- Experience with Pytest for testing and automation.
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Positive understanding of application security, compliance, and coding standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
