What you would do?

- Build impactful features with Android best practices on the product that is by Lakhs of doctors.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to design, implement, and refactor features faster while maintaining high code quality and test coverage.
- Build tech stack and engineering solutions, particularly on - Scalability, Stability, and Security Use AI-driven observability, crash analysis, and log insights to proactively identify issues in video streaming, background processing, and SQL-heavy workflows.
- Collaborate with platform engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to brainstorm the next big things, apply design thinking to user-facing elements, build seamless user experiences, enhance app architecture, and automate development processes.
- Solve problems focusing on app health and quality metrics such as crash rates, page load times, app size, and memory footprint, using AI-based profiling and performance suggestions where applicable.
- Develop internal apps, tools, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and build workflows to boost engineering efficiency.

You should join us if you-





- Have at least 2.5 Years of hands-on coding experience in Native Android development - Kotlin, MVVM
- Able to clearly write memory files for AI coding agent - orchestrate AI for ideation, SQL optimisations, identify trade-offs within solutions
- Are a self-starter, continuous learner, have a bias for action, and speed to solve challenging problem statements.
- UI development with Compose, dealt modes, have applied a usercentric approach to your solutions.
- Have Good expertise on solving concurrency problems using Schedulers.io() or Dispatchers.IO
- Robust towards stability - handling edge cases, considering Crashes and ANR while building solutions.
